Good communication in your research project is of vital importance, even more important is good communication with your supervisor. In this workshop we will  emphasize on what you, as a PhD, can do to maintain a good relationship with your supervisor. Subjects that come up are; assertiveness, awareness of interpersonal dynamics,  giving and receiving feedback and mutual expectations from supervisor and PhD.
